LCC vs Torrey Pines

“Rock” of the Week:  Marshall Eucker

• Plays his best game of the year in the biggest game of the year!  Was 7 for 10 for over a 100 yards and the go ahead passing TD as well as an icing touchdown on the ground along with his 60 plus yards rushing.    

Offensive Player:  Jorge Montgomery

• Stepped up and made some huge plays for us throughout the night, including a fire starting 30 plus yard completion that lead to our first touchdown.  

Defensive Player:  Chad Nuschy 

• Played one heck of a game, was relentless all night and came up with big play after big play, leading our defense all night long with 6 tackles, 1 sack and 3 tackles for loss.    

Special Teams Player:  Reese Wazny 

• Made huge plays all throughout the night in our special teams.  Setting the tone after our first score with a textbook tackle fit in space on kickoff that pinned them well inside their 20 yard line.           

Hit of the Week:  Sam Bennett 

• Made a handful of critical blocks throughout the game, one in particular lead to a huge 30 yard pass and another sprung a big first down in the red area, big physical football player. 

Kodak Offense:   Mitchell McCarthy 

• Gave a fantastic effort as a physical and explosive running back all week long.  He had more success running the ball vs our defense than anyone on TTDS!  

Kodak Defense:  Nick Edens

• The perfect example of a team player.  Gives his all every single day, getting better week to week and helping our team prepare as much as he possibly can.
